By participating in the POINTS PLUS Retail Loyalty Program ("Program"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not enroll or participate in the Program.
The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who reside in India. Employees of POINTS PLUS and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
To enroll in the Program, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activities that occur under your account.
Points can be earned through qualifying purchases as specified by POINTS PLUS. Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for products or services offered in the Program. Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
POINTS PLUS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, all accrued points may be forfeited.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information will be collected, used, and disclosed as part of the Program.
By participating in the Program, you agree to receive communication related to the Program, including promotional emails and updates. You can opt out of promotional communications at any time.
POINTS PLUS is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Program. In no event shall POINTS PLUS be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Uttar Pradesh Jurisdiction.
